Starting Sugar Coated Bakery

Here we are at the beginning of opening Sugar Coated Bakery. I am really excited for this new adventure in my life. I have always wanted to open my own bakery but never thought it would be possible. Then I was handed this CD by the owner of Taylor Andrews Academy, Larry Curtis, "Salon Success". I know what you are thinking what does salon success have to do with a bakery. While they may not be in common in products, they are common in ideas and business structures. Larry also teaches how to start a small business by his simple steps. What really made me stop and think was "if you never try you have already failed." It made me ask, "why haven't I started my bakery?" So here we are at the beginning. I hope that you find my ideas for gift-wrapping desserts, and catering specialty desserts for your next party as exciting and fun as I do.
